Our Young Adult Program helps youth 16-24 overcome barriers to employment and achieve job readiness at no cost. We guide you every step of the way with opportunities to improve skills, discover job preferences, gain work experience, and find on-the-job training or a paid internship.
Job seekers can search the full-service employment center to find jobs, create and post resumes, and discover training opportunities. Employers can post job listings, search for qualified employees, and locate business services.
We provide a range of opportunities for job seekers, taking into account eligibility, suitability, and the availability of funding resources in a variety of career fields.
We invested over $20 million in employment and training services, with over $120,000 additional committed by local businesses. We pledge our commitment to a prosperous future.

Our veterans program promotes and maximizes the employment of Florida’s veterans. With a wide range of state- and federally-funded employment and training programs, we offer one-on-one personalized assistance, including employer outreach and intensive case management.
The Military Family Employment Advocacy program (MFEA) is a state program designed to give priority workforce services to eligible military family members. Frequent moves can make finding employment a challenge, so we work with military spouses and family members to develop opportunities in growing industry sectors that will be readily available in other areas.
