The On-the-Job Training (OJT) program reimburses your organization for the cost of training new employees in the skills needed to perform effectively. It includes financial reimbursement of up to 50% or 75% of their wages throughout the training period.

Statewide Training Grant Programs
CareerSource Florida administers two statewide training grant programs that are customized, flexible and designed to help companies of all sizes compete and grow by keeping employees at the top of their game.

• Incumbent Worker Training: For-profit, small businesses may be eligible for reimbursement of up to 75 percent of training costs through Florida’s Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) grant. Learn about IWT
