Think of Work Experience as a paid internship, advancing an employees practical skills in a real world workplace. This temporary paid position helps the employee build skills and gives the employer the workforce support they need with added benefits.

Facts

You may hire one or several employees if eligible
Employees must receive training that elevates their skills in some way
We pay the wages of those employees during the Work Experience training period
Candidates must be an unemployed eligible worker
Candidate will undergo background testing and drug screening (no cost to you)
The employer of record is a Staffing Agency
