Job SeekersTraining – Training Opportunities

Expand Your Qualifications and Enhance Your Skills Through Education and Training

Your knowledge, skills, and capabilities are what make you attractive to an employer. Professional development through ongoing education and training is essential in any career. It can help you boost your performance, remain a highly valued member of the team and lead to new opportunities.

What Training Do We Offer?

We provide a range of opportunities for job seekers, taking into account eligibility, suitability and the availability of funding resources. We acquire training funds from a variety of sources, each with specific constraints that require us to prioritize industries and occupations experiencing high demand.

Our training is exclusively available for occupations specified in our Regional Targeted Occupations List, which is a valuable tool for exploring high-demand careers. Sponsorship for training is applicable only to schools and programs listed on our state-approved training provider roster.

Learn More About Training

This is an opportune moment to pursue training opportunities within the region’s other burgeoning growth sectors: Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace and Aviation, Information Technology and Cybersecurity and Construction.
